Working with an existing brand and producing new outcomes with the aim of promoting and raising awareness of the remaining floors. The final designs were both print and digital in order to share the availability online as well in the space.
Digital: A 60-page brochure was updated and expanded to contain various sections promoting the building, location, specification and general selling points. A series of promotional emailers were also created each with their own aim. One emailer promoted a takeover event hosted locally at Barbie Green while another promoted the excellent sustainability credentials the building had recently achieved. We also created a 1-page digital report displaying the key statistics and impressions of the marketing campaign.
Print: As the office was fully refurbished and taking viewings to show the space to potential occupiers, we designed and produced branded large boxes and suspended vinyl full of key information and engaging messaging to fill the space. The on-floor marketing varied in size with the largest boxes being 3mx3m.
